Senorio de Roda

Senorio de Roda dates back to the 16th Century and is home to the Urbina family as previously mentioned.

The development located in a truly Spanish village has a communal swimming pool and an 18 hole golf course just next door. There will shortly be a commercial and sports area within the complex.

Senorio de Roda is located 2 minutes from the town of Los Alcazares, 5 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor and 10 minutes from San Javier airport, 50 minutes from Alicante airport and only 500 metres from the 18 hole course designed by Dave Thomas at Roda Golf.

Los Alcazares sits on the Mar Menor, a unique inland sea, separated from the Mediterranean and has been awarded the blue flag of excellence. Within a short distance from the town there are a number of beaches and small coves to choose from, many offering a range of water sporting activities. There are also many excellent shop, bars and restaurants available.

Cartegena and Murcia are within a 20 minutes drive and these are beautiful Spanish cities. Cartegena has been renowned as an important port since Roman times and Murcia a mecca for shops, bars and architecture.

There are also a number of golf courses close by, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca are only 20 minutes drive away and not forgetting the championship courses of La Manga.
