About our Spanish Property Management and Rental Company

Keyclean Property Management is an established family run business. We followed our dreams and bought a home in San Javier on the Costa Calida in 2002 and since then have seen the highs and lows of the Spanish property rental market.

We give property owners and holiday makers the best service possible, a service that we would expect to receive ourselves. This is why after nine years we are one of the few management companies still operating successfully in the region.

Living and working on the Costa Blanca has given us the understanding and experience to help property owners get the most from their investment.

We cover the areas of the Costa Blanca and Calida including Mar de Cristal (Nr La Manga), Santiago de la Ribera, San Javier, Los Alcazares, Roda Golf, La Tercia Golf, Torre de la Horadada, San Pedro, Playa Flamenca up to Torrevieja (naming but a few) offering non-resident property owners the ultimate management packages.

We offer a comprehensive service so you are safe in the knowledge that your property will be promoted, used to it's full potential, maintained and cared for in your absence to a high standard.

For those not wanting to use their property as a full time business, we can offer our more popular of services the "Peace of Mind" and the "Preparation and Inspection"

The Area

For Maps see the Useful Links page

The Southern Costa Blanca or White Coast as the name means, has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. According to the World Health Organisation the area has the "healthiest climate in the world". This is caused by the combination of constant year round warm temperatures and the two huge salt lakes rich in minerals of "Laguna de la Mata" (now a conservation area) and the "Salina de San Miguel" that surround Torrevieja. The natural salt lakes dry the air, therefore reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere beneficial for people who suffer with chest problems, arthritis, rheumatism etc. These lakes are also home to a host of wildlife including large flocks of Flamingos.

The Costa Blanca beaches are famous throughout Europe with long stretches of soft white sand and sparkling clear Mediterranean sea. Each boasts the European Blue Flag awarded for clean beaches and totally unpolluted water.

Most of the towns hold large traditional daily street markets and spectacular festivals and processions taking place all year around but also have the modern amenities such as newly constructed hospitals, shopping outlets and sports centres, etc.
